职位来源于智联招聘。 （一）铝合金材料成形技术研发岗（研发人员） 专业要求： 材料加工工程、机械工程 材料与加工类 博士 岗位职责： 1、负责航空航天用铝合金材料成形性能评价； 2、负责航空航天用铝合金先进成形技术开发； 3、负责航空航天用高成形成形性能数据库建设； 4、负责航空航天用铝合金先进成形技术研发平台建设、项目争取、成果转化及产业化运行。 任职条件： 1、材料科学与工程、塑性加工及材料成型、机械工程等专业； 2、有相关材料研发、冲压及型材弯曲方向工作经验者优先。 3、申请、承担过省部级科研项目优先 （二）铝合金材料表面处理技术研发岗（研发人员） 专业要求：材料物理与化学、材料化学 材料与加工类 硕士及以上学历 岗位职责： 1、负责微弧氧化技术开发； 2、负责阳极氧化线的日常管理和维护； 3、负责铝合金前沿表面处理技术的调研； 4、负责先进铝合金材料的表面处理性能预评价。 任职条件： 1、掌握阳极氧化、化学氧化、电镀等至少1种表面处理专业知识； 2、掌握电化学专业知识，熟悉电化学工作站的操作和进行电化学分析； 3、掌握金属材料腐蚀专业知识，具备材料腐蚀行为研究经验。 4、申请、承担过省部级科研项目优先； 以担保或任何理由索要财物，扣押证照，均涉嫌违法。
