Job description
Senior MES Consultant To lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that support efficient, data-driven production processes. The Senior MES Consultant ensures system reliability, integrates MES with other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, SCADA), and drives continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles.
This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence, supporting digital transformation, and enabling real-time decision-making in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and supervision of proper system operation Providing user support – resolving ongoing issues Conducting training for system users Performing system maintenance tasks Creating manuals and user guides Configuring the system and resolving configuration issues Ongoing system monitoring, performance analysis, and operational accuracy Analysing and eliminating causes of system malfunctions Handling service requests Participating in system implementation preparation Preparing and conducting system tests Designing reports Maintaining a positive image of the employer Keeping the workplace tidy Taking care of assigned equipment, tools, and machines Performing assigned duties in accordance with the company’s integrated management systems and WCM requirements Carrying out other tasks assigned by the supervisor Complying with health and safety regulations and company policies, procedures, and rules Required Qualifications: Proven experience in MES systems (e.
g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Factory. Talk, etc.) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, automotive). Familiarity with ERP integration and data analytics tools. Project management or leadership experience.
