Note: Candidates should be from Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune,Gurgaon, Bengaluru Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Contractor with hands-on experience in NetSuite and Coupa configuration to support ongoing system enhancement, integration, and optimization initiatives. The contractor will work closely with the internal project lead to implement configuration changes, conduct testing, and ensure systems align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform configuration, setup, and testing activities in NetSuite and Coupa based on defined requirements. Implement approved system changes and enhancements in coordination with the project lead. Support system upgrades, validation, and regression testing. Document configuration changes, test results, and issue resolutions.
Assist with integration testing between NetSuite, Coupa, and other related systems. Identify and escalate potential configuration or process issues promptly.
Required Skills
& Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Coupa configuration. Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes (P2P, O2C, General Ledger). Experience with NetSuite SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and Saved Searches. Experience configuring Coupa modules such as Procurement and Invoicing.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP API-based integrations and system connectivity concepts. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and deliver within deadlines.
