Senior Windows System Engineer (ID: 3906)

As a Senior Windows System Engineer, you will: Design, implement, and manage Windows Server–based infrastructure across enterprise environments. Administer and support Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including users, groups, organizational units, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services. Manage VMware virtualized environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting virtual machines. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations. Troubleshoot complex OS, networking, and infrastructure issues.

Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to maintain reliable IT operations. Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management. Ensure security hardening, patching, backup, and recovery best practices are implemented and maintained. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022. Solid expertise in Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, users, and groups). Strong knowledge of DNS and DHCP. Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnets, and routing. Experience with Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services.

Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. You should possess the ability to: Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting. Use patch management and monitoring tools effectively. Work with or have exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Apply ITIL Foundation or equivalent process knowledge in day-to-day operations. Manage infrastructure changes while minimizing risk and ensuring service continuity.
