Endpoint Specialist

To provide endpoint device support to all County employees and partners to ensure their computers, peripherals, and mobile technologies are operational so that they can perform their job functions.  The Endpoint Specialist also provides setup and maintenance of both hardware and software as well as frontline support.

Documentation of trouble tickets and issue resolution is critical as is working within tight time restrictions to get end user endpoint equipment and applications rolled out. Provide endpoint software system support to users and co-ordinate problem resolution as required.
