Job description
- Drive system-level validation, hardware/software integration, and debug activities specifically for AI platform initiatives.
- Conduct L12 cluster setup, validation, and large-scale cluster debugging.
- Conduct FAVA L12 development and failure debug processes.
- Lead and support issue triage and deep-dive root cause analysis across Quanta worldwide manufacturing and data center sites.
- Investigate and resolve critical factory and Data Center quality issues to maintain high standards of production readiness.
- Introduce and enable new manufacturing and test capabilities to optimize production and deployment workflows.
- Partner directly with the project DM, PM, and client’s Product Quality Engineers (PQE) to ensure project alignment and rapid escalation management.
- Collaborate closely with RD teams, SIT team on validation planning/execution and with TE team on FAVA L12 development and failure debugging.
- Work closely with Quality teams on analyzing quality requirements and implementing corrective actions, and with Manufacturing teams to ensure overall product readiness.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior experience working directly with hyper-scaler, cloud service provider(CSP) frameworks or AI platform infrastructure.
- Proven experience in HW, SW, system-level debugging, hardware validation, and engineering troubleshooting.
- With willingness and flexibility to travel globally to support worldwide sites, factory lines, and on-site customer activities.
- With strong cross-functional communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude toward solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- With Toeic 600+.
