JOB OVERVIEW
- Job Title: Interventional Cardiologist
- Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time

- Service Setting: Hospital / Outpatient Clinic / Cath Lab
- Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)
- On-Call Expectations: 1:4 Call Rotation PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
- Patient Demographics: Adults
- Admissions & Rounding: Included
- Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac Catheterization, ICU Care, Structural Heart Procedures FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- Beds in Department/Unit: 8-bed Cardiac ICU
- EMR System: Cerner
- Specialty Backup: Access to CT Surgery and Pulmonology services
- Support Staff: Dedicated cardiology team, nurses, and technical staff
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Hospital-employed, physician-led multispecialty group (100+ physicians)
- Reason for Opening: Replacement of departing physician CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
- Board Requirements: Board Certification required within 5 years of residency/fellowship
- DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)

- Board Status: BC/BE in Cardiology with Interventional training
- State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Additional Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care
- Perform cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Manage patients in clinic, cath lab, and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac care teams
