Key tasks A. China Real Estate Operations Integration
- Establish and run a standardized operating rhythm across all China sites (monthly ops reviews, KPI dashboard, supplier performance reviews, and corrective action tracking).
- Consolidate and optimize hard/soft facility management service delivery (maintenance, utilities, repairs, inspections and daily work orders), ensuring stable operations and consistent service levels across sites.
- Lead supplier governance: tender input, SLA/KPI definition, performance evaluation, service quality audits, and continuous improvement with vendors/contractors.
- Drive cost control: annual budgeting, rolling forecast, variance analysis, accrual alignment with Finance, and spend transparency by site/service tower. B. Sustainability Execution
- Convert sustainability roadmaps into executable site actions: energy efficiency programs, utilities optimization, compliance readiness, and coordination of data collection/reporting across sites.
- Coordinate with HSE and relevant stakeholders to ensure environmental and safety compliance in facility operations and contractor works, including work environment requirements and documentation readiness. C. Projects / Improvements
- Support / plan / oversee prioritized facility and workplace projects, ensuring minimal business disruption, strong safety performance, and quality delivery.
- Ensure project governance discipline: scope control, schedule risk management, cost estimation logic, change control, and handover/closure reporting. D. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a primary integrator between Sites, Procurement, Finance, HSE, IT, HR, and Global RE; prepare concise management-ready reporting on issues, risks, and decisions. Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job Experience 1. 8+ years relevant experience in industrial facilities / corporate real estate / project management / FM operations (regional exposure preferred).
- Demonstrated experience leading projects in live production environments with high safety and work-environment demands.
- Solid knowledge of real estate / construction / facility-related laws and regulations; capable of translating compliance requirements into execution.
- Strong capability in cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial assessment for construction/FM scopes. Qualification
- Bachelor degree majored in Engineering or related;
- More than 8 years working experience as project manager
- Good communication skills to handle professional English in speaking and writing
- Good micro-soft skills
