Human Resources Manager - Global Construction Services

Atkore, a recipient of a Great Place to Work® certification and a Top Workplaces USA award, is searching for a Human Resources Manager based in Addison, Illinois.  Reporting to the Human Resources Director, Global Construction Services, the HR Manager will deliver full-cycle HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and coaching and development of the management team to maximize associate contribution.

This role operates in a construction- and project-driven environment and partners closely with both field operations and commercial/sales-facing leadership to support workforce planning and execution aligned to project demand and business priorities.
