The psychiatric unit nurse is responsible to conduct intake interviews, assess and evaluate the patient, establish a plan of care, maintain a safe therapeutic environment, work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team, and may conduct therapeutic groups.Education:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Experience:
• Preferred: Previous nursing experience Skills:
