The Operations Manager is responsible for the yard, warehouse, trucking, maintenance, and safety program functions. Manages the order fulfillment, "will call", and on-time delivery functions including product selection, loading, and transportation. The Operations Manager resolves problems regarding shipment or delivery of an order, and order backlog issues. Manage the transportation function including negotiating carrier contacts, compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and legal load requirements.
