Position Overview
The Sr. Repair Technician will lead the training of new repair technicians, assist with interviewing and onboarding repair technicians, prioritize repairs based on utilization/sub rental data and assign weekly priorities to the technician team. This position is responsible for facilitating and conducting repair of Encore owned equipment and supporting equipment transportation, scanning, tracking, internal billing, and other warehouse functions.
The Sr. Repair Technician is responsible for implementing & overseeing quality control (QC) processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining spare parts inventory, documenting the repair process, and providing overall assistance to internal and external team members.
