We are seeking a Valuation Staff II to join our Corporate Finance team, where you will play a key role in preparing valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes. This individual will collaborate closely with senior team members on a variety of engagements, gaining exposure to strategic financial initiatives and client-facing work.

Assist with building financial models, including discounted cash flow models, capitalized earnings models, market multiple models and net asset value models. Perform analysis of financial statements as well as economic and industry data. Analyze financial metrics of guideline peer companies and guideline peer transactions Assist in the preparation of valuation analyses, memos and reports.
Assist in the review of valuations prepared for financial reporting in connection with Eisner. Amper audit clients. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Capital IQ and other financial applications and databases Basic Qualifications: One to two years of recent valuation experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related business discipline Preferred Qualifications: Possess financial modeling and analytical abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Capital IQ Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies relevant to valuation.
