You have experience in outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting or a customer-facing role. You understand (or can quickly learn) the IT Managed Services industry. You have high emotional intelligence and know how to adapt your communication to different people. You're curious, resilient and genuinely enjoy learning. You welcome feedback, apply it and strive to improve every day.
