As a Home Health & Hospice RN, you will: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Utilize your critical thinking and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform a range of essential nursing skills. Work independently while being a valued member of our collaborative team What You Need to Succeed: Required: Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license. Required: Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle. Key Skills: Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to travel throughout the agency's service area.

Education

Associate's degree or higher in nursing. Work Environment: On the road: Traveling to patient homes within the designated service area. Day shift with a rotating weekend and on-call supplemental schedule.
