Job description

(This is a 18 months fixed-term contract) (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst, Finance (ERP Project)) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as the primary bridge between our business stakeholders and the project & technical teams during the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP, with a specific focus on the Oracle Fusion SCM models (Procurement and Inventory).

Your deep understanding of procurement processes will be critical in ensuring the system is configured to meet our operational needs. You will be responsible for: acting as the primary liaison between business users (General Procurement Department, Procurement User Departments including Artistic Business Units, Retail Operations Team, and Corporate Functions), the ERP project team, the System Integrator (SI)/vendor, and IT for procurement module implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP; supporting functional design and solution review for Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier registration in supplier portal, and Inventory Management; defining and supporting the end-to-end “Procure-to-Stock” process, ensuring alignment between procurement workflows and retail inventory management; collaborating with business users to define and map critical data elements, including item master and supplier master attributes; working closely with Procurement and Inventory users to ensure proper process alignment from purchase request / PO creation through receiving; working with business and technical teams on data migration activities, including source identification, data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, mock migration, and cutover readiness for procurement and inventory data; supporting migration and validation of data such as supplier data, item master, open purchase orders, inventory on hand balances, approved suppliers, and related reference data; coordinating and supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, regression testing, cutover planning, hyper-care, and stabilization for Procurement and Inventory processes; reviewing and maintaining business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, issue logs, and user training materials and conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users; and performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

You should: possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; have around 6–8 years hand-on experience in ERP system implementation involving procurement module, preferably experience with Oracle Fusion SCM or EBS R12.x Procurement; must have completed at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud or EBS implementation; have consulting experience is a plus; have practical experience in data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover support; have strong business analysis and documentation skills; have strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through abilities; and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
