Join All. Health Network as a Counselor at Sage Ridge Recovery in Watkins, CO. In this full time role, you will provide clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family counseling to support clients with co occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, support recovery, and maintain accurate documentation.
