IOP Group Counselor (CADC-I, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW)

The IOP Group Counselor provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in recovery, delivering individual and group counseling using ASAM criteria to guide admissions and treatment planning. This role facilitates program curriculum (Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, CBT), supports patient engagement, and collaborates closely with the recovery care team, clinical supervisor, and community partners.

Responsibilities include

maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and BHG requirements, and empowering patients to address underlying health needs while fostering hope, respect, and lasting recovery.
