The City of Boise is seeking an A nimal Compliance Officer II to promote responsible pet ownership and support the safe, respectful use of Boise’s parks, trails, foothills reserves and Greenbelt. This active, public-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with the community and resolving concerns through education and voluntary compliance.
Animal Compliance Officers patrol by vehicle, bicycle and on foot, work closely with Boise Police and Boise Parks and Recreation staff, and help address animal-related concerns in public spaces.
