Job description
Carecor is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) to join our healthcare team. Reporting to the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing, the RPN is responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centered mental health and psychiatric care in accordance with professional practice standards, organizational policies, and the philosophy of care.
RPNs play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care plans that support the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of individuals. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, RPNs promote recovery, therapeutic relationships, and positive health outcomes across a variety of clinical and community settings.
