Assistant Attorney General (Attorney II) - Post Conviction Relief

This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule in South Carolina.  Under limited supervision, performs professional legal work for the State, its subdivisions, and officials. Assigned to the PCR Section as Assistant Attorney General. Review applications, calendar returns, and prepare proper pleadings and responses to applications, motions, or other pleadings.

Represent the State at court hearings as scheduled in assigned circuits and elsewhere, as required. Prepare all proposed orders requested by the presiding judge.
