DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items which may include kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, minor electrical, plumbing, fabrication, construction, etc. throughout the facility.• Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying and resolving problems.• Responds to maintenance requests and in-house calls.
• Maintains pool facilities (if they exist at the property) as assigned.• Monitors own work load and advises supervisor of job status.• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the engineering shop.• Prepares daily work forms and communicates with all other team members.• Maintains parts inventory stock• Maintains a working knowled
