Job description
The Assistant General Counsel will directly support the General Counsel and will work with senior management, business groups and functional departments throughout the organization to foresee and protect the Company from legal risks. The Assistant General Counsel is expected to remain hands-on in handling legal matters while exercising a higher level of responsibility for prioritization, judgment, risk assessment, outside counsel management, and helping drive the Legal Department’s delivery of timely, consistent, and business-focused legal support.
Responsibilities
will encompass a wide range of the Company’s legal affairs, all of which require legal experience and ability, interpersonal skills, and strong project management and organizational skills.
