• Friday 9-5 Full-Time) USD Rate: $1,920 ($12 per hour) (based on experience, possibly more) We're looking for an experienced Tik. Tok Shop Manager to lead and grow Tik. Tok Shop operations for US-based apparel and footwear brands . This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience managing the Tik. Tok Shop backend, affiliate programs, creator collaborations, product operations, and sales growth. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling Tik. Tok Shops, understands the US eCommerce market, and can demonstrate measurable business results. Role Overview As a Tik. Tok Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Tik. Tok Shop account, coordinating across internal teams and Tik. Tok representatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in organizing workflows, improving listings, and building scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Tik. Tok Shop Management Oversee daily operations of the Tik. Tok Shop account Coordinate directly with Tik. Tok representatives and partners Manage product listings, updates, and optimization Listing & Catalog Management Create and manage new product listings Ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance optimization of listings Organize catalog structure for scalability Creator & Affiliate Coordination Work with creators and affiliates to drive product promotion Coordinate campaigns and ensure smooth execution Support relationship management with creators Operations & Process Building Clean up and organize existing workflows and systems Build processes to support scaling the Tik.

Tok Shop operation Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements Team Leadership (Future Growth) Transition into a management role overseeing a team Delegate tasks and ensure accountability across team members Help build and scale the Tik. Tok Shop function internally Tools & Environment Tik. Tok Shop Seller Center Communication tools (Slack, email, etc.)

Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) Requirements Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable) 2+ years of hands-on Tik. Tok Shop backend management experience. Experience managing US-based Tik. Tok Shop brands . Experience in Apparel, Fashion, or Footwear brands. Proven experience building and managing Tik. Tok Affiliate Programs .

Experience working with creators/influencers at scale. Strong understanding of Tik. Tok Shop operations, promotions, fulfillment, and seller tools. Experience managing multiple brands or multiple Tik. Tok Shops. Strong analytical skills and KPI reporting. Excellent English communication skills. Highly Preferred Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon MCF.

Experience with US fulfillment platforms (Amazon MCF, Flexport, Ship. Bob, etc.) Experience creating SOPs and training team members. Experience launching or scaling Tik. Tok Shops from scratch. Multi-brand agency experience. Ideal Candidate Profile Growth in GMV or monthly sales. Successful affiliate recruitment and creator management.
