As an Office Boy, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring facility readiness, and supporting operational activities to create a comfortable and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C (driver’s license). Physically fit, disciplined, and able to perform routine physical tasks. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with good time management. Neat appearance with good attitude, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all office areas, including workspaces, toilets, pantry, and common areas. Ensure all office facilities and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use at all times. Perform routine cleaning and periodic checks to maintain cleanliness standards according to SOP. Support daily operational needs, such as delivering documents and assisting employees’ requests.

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or facility problems.
