Agency Services - Property/Casualty Agent

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused insurance agent to join our Agency Service Team. This is a unique opportunity that involves working with multiple books of business and supporting different agency relationships. Our Agency Service team acts as a servicing agent for contracted Western Reserve Group agents, managing daily policy and client service on their behalf. In addition, we manage and service insurance business from agencies that we have acquired. This position requires the ability to work across multiple contracts, carrier relationships, and books of business while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with insureds, agents, carriers, and internal team members.
