We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Pre-K Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans designed to nurture cognitive, emotional, and social growth. You'll collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment that prepares children for Kindergarten and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards Foster a classroom environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and active learning Use positive behavior management strategies to support children's social-emotional development Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and developmental milestones Collaborate with colleagues and families to build strong, supportive partnerships Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (Required) PA Teaching Certification (Required) Minimum of 2 years experience working with preschool-aged children Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills Commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and education Professional development and training opportunities Employee childcare discount Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, vision and life insurance Supportive and collaborative team culture
