You will influence the evolution of intelligent platforms and AI-driven workflows used across complex products and ecosystems. Working alongside product, design, engineering, and data science teams, you will transform research insights into strategic decisions. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on research expertise, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging AI spaces.
You will help define how users interact with AI experiences by evaluating usability, trust, adoption, and customer value. As a senior research leader, you will also mentor peers, advance research practices, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
