More's Downey clinic puts STARs and HEDIS performance at the center of how we practice. $274K–$412K base salary range 30 yrs advanced primary care STARs + HEDIS quality outcomes focus What you'll be doing Comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse adult patient population in Southeast Los Angeles. Proactively address HEDIS and STARs measures to improve health plan quality ratings. High-risk patient huddles and care coordination with clinical and support teams. Clinical oversight and mentorship of NPs and PAs in the clinic. Collaborate with clinic leadership on productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.
