Field Construction Supervisor / Telecom

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Field Construction Supervisor to oversee and support telecom network construction projects throughout the Burlington, Vermont market. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing field operations, supporting crews, driving project timelines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe, efficient execution across multiple telecommunications projects.

Candidate must be local to the Burlington VT market and have experience splicing fiber.
