Employment Type: Part-Time, Seasonal (Temporary) Position Level: Entry-Level Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers through positive and engaging service. Promote and support customer participation in the store's loyalty programme. Provide personalised customer assistance and product recommendations.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource on products, activities, and customer interests relevant to the store. Learn and share product knowledge to create memorable customer experiences. Support sales and productivity goals by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Assist with merchandise presentation, visual displays, housekeeping, and product replenishment.

Perform cashier duties as required. Support loss prevention initiatives and store security procedures. Assist with the overall operational and visual maintenance of the store. Ensure products remain available and appropriately stocked for customers. Help maintain a clean, organised, and customer-ready environment throughout each shift.

Required Skills

Basic computer proficiency. Ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg), climb ladders, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience. Knowledge of, experience with, or interest in learning about products and activities relevant to the store's customer base.
