Director of Patient Financial Services

Cass Health is seeking a Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS) to lead back-end revenue cycle operations within a highly structured, team-based revenue cycle model. This role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for driving performance across billing, accounts receivable, payment posting, and patient financial services while supporting a strong, patient-centered financial experience.
