Sr. HR People Data Analyst / EF / São Paulo/SP

Collaborate with HR and Other Business Units: Assess data requirements and translate those needs into actionable insights to ensure alignment with business objectives. Build trusted relationships with HR team and business leaders, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and aligning priorities across global, regional, and local teams.

Analyze and Interpret HR-Related Data: Identify trends and insights that inform business decisions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and market context to create targeted data analyses that address specific challenges. Develop Self-Service Data Solutions: Create dashboards and other tools to enhance the speed and effectiveness of the decision-making process.

Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions, identify root causes, assess risks, and develop strategic recommendations that drive business impact. Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy: Implement best practices in data governance and management to maintain high-quality data standards. Process Excelence Leader and HR Projects LATAM.

Bachelor's Degree Experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR environment. Strong experience as a People Data Analytics, with a strong focus on data visualization and analytical techniques. Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.

Knowledge of Python programming for data analysis. Solid understanding of statistical methods and data translation techniques. Strong data visualization construction skills and UX knowledge. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and emerging analytics technologies to enhance data analysis, uncover insights, improve storytelling, and drive continuous innovation within People Analytics.
