Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support

Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

Assist patients with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment

Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members
-
Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions carefully

Adhere to all health, safety, confidentiality, and infection control protocols

Support patients with dignity, respect, and compassionate care
Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the State of New Hampshire

Previous nursing assistant or caregiving experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable attitude

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
