- Overall planning and management of resources
- Security：product security management and EHS management；
- Food: stable food supply, food safety control, environmental management
- Dorm: resource planning, environmental maintenance and improvement, to enhance accommodation satisfaction
- Transport: ensure sufficient vehicles, increase riding rate, improve vehivle satisfaction, and reduce transport costs
- Standardization and systematic promotion of GA operation procedure
