Pharmaceutical Sales Supervisor

PHARMACEUTICAL SALES SUPERVISOR (St. Ann, St. Mary, Portland, parts of Kingston) We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Supervisor to lead and support our pharmaceutical sales team in achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales performance, customer coverage, field activities and sales reports, providing timely feedback and support. Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate actions. Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives and support the execution of promotional activities.

Support customer account management, collections and resolution of customer issues. Participate in performance reviews, training and development of the sales team. Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews. Desired Candidate profile: First degree in Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum five (5) years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with strong exposure to retail and distribution. Proven experience in sales supervision, coaching and team development. Sound knowledge of Jamaica's pharmaceutical retail and distribution trade. Strong analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong customer relationship and commercial skills. Willingness to travel out of town, including overnight.
