Premier Therapy is hiring a Part-Time SLP in Burton, OH to support residents in a skilled nursing setting through high-quality, patient-centered speech-language services. You’ll help individuals improve communication and swallowing function while contributing to safe, effective care plans.

Key responsibilities include

• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations; establish goals and plan of care
• Deliver skilled treatment and document progress per facility and payer standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate updates to patients/families
• Support discharge planning with clear recommendations and caregiver education

Required qualifications/skills:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and teamwork
• Interest in working with older adults in post-acute care
