Job Description Graduate Assistant – Women’s Lacrosse (Equipment & Operations) The Graduate Assistant for Women’s Lacrosse supports the daily operations of the program with a primary focus on equipment management, logistics, and administrative coordination. This position assists coaches and student-athletes by ensuring practice, competition, and travel operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and distribute team equipment, apparel, and supplies; maintain inventory and coordinate ordering and replacement needs. Set up and break down practice and game-day equipment. Assist with home game operations, including field preparation and coordination with athletics staff. Support team travel logistics, including packing equipment, travel preparation, and itinerary execution.

Coordinate operational tasks such as scheduling, facility requests, and communication with campus and athletics partners. Maintain equipment records and ensure compliance with departmental and NCAA policies. Provide administrative support to the coaching staff and assist with special events, camps, and recruiting activities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a graduate program. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced athletics environment. Knowledge of lacrosse and collegiate athletics preferred. Limited Term Position: From July, 2026 to August 24, 2027 Hourly Grade level 1, Rate $15.
