Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to hospitalized adult medical/surgical patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Assistant Nurse Manager. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote safe, high-quality patient care. Monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ethical standards while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Vocational degree in Practical Nursing required. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required.
