JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Area Plant Director, the Plant Manager is responsible for overall management of Synagro’s West Palm Beach Biosolids Processing Facility. This includes ownership of personnel and process safety, environmental compliance, O&M Performance and full P&L responsibility. This individual provides leadership to the Operations and Maintenance Team and serves as a liaison between the Client and Synagro.
