Front Desk Receptionist

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling client appointments, warmly greeting clients upon arrival, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the services offered. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-spoken and articulate.

They should be flexible with scheduling, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and exude a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring up to 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Collect patient information and enter it into the system. Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable. Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments. Process patient check-outs and collect required fees. Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.

Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently. Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.

Compensation

Starting salary at 19$ per hour, plus potential for monthly bonus based on overall clinic revenue growth.

Qualifications

Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality setting. Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
