Every candidate is assessed solely on skills and experience against the requirements of the role — our process is 100% competence-based and open to applicants of all genders and backgrounds . Tech is still far from gender-balanced, and we're actively working to change that. We'd especially love to see applications from women and non-binary people — and we welcome every qualified candidate, whoever you are.

One more thing: research consistently shows that women and people from underrepresented groups often hold back from applying unless they tick every single box. If you bring strong hands-on platform engineering experience and this role excites you, we genuinely encourage you to apply — even if your background doesn't line up with absolutely everything on the list.
