Job Description To provide the highest quality age-appropriate care within the scope of practice and established standards for electrocardiography, pacemaker analysis, and cardiac stress testing. Performs prescribed Non-Invasive Cardiology testing to identified patients. To proactively support the efforts that ensures delivery of safe patient care and services and to promote a safe environment at Children's.

Experience N/A Preferred Qualifications Experience in cardiology Experience in pediatrics Possess an understanding of electrocardiograms Training in exercise stress testing Education Bachelor’s degree in related field or Certified Cardiology Technologist Certification Summary Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology and arrhythmias Must possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Job Responsibilities Performs electrocardiogram procedures for interpretation incorporating age related and developmental specific requirements.

Performs cardiopulmonary exercise testing and stress echo testing with respiratory gas measurements and spirometry in a clinical setting incorporating age related and developmental specific requirements. Performs Holter monitor placement and analysis incorporating age related and developmental specific requirements. Performs tilt table exams and analysis incorporating age related and developmental specific requirements.

Assist with pacemaker clinic as directed by physician incorporating age related and developmental specific requirements. Ensures accuracy of all patient documentation. Maintains professional development. Participates in the achievement of organizational and departmental goals. Performs related responsibilities as required.
