Hvac Install Assistant

Warhold Mechanicals is hiring an HVAC Installation Assistant to help our lead installers install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on HVAC installation experience, takes pride in their work, and is dependable. We are a full-service plumbing, heating, and air conditioning company looking for motivated people to help us grow.

Full-time work. Monday–Friday. No weekends. NO ON-CALL. Start time 7am.

Responsibilities

Assist with installing and replacing HVAC equipment. Help install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains. Remove old equipment and prepare work areas for installation. Load and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Keep job sites clean and treat customers’ homes with care.

Requirements

At least two years of HVAC installation experience. Drug-free. Clean background. Good driving record. Ability to lift and move equipment. Willingness to learn and work alongside a lead installer. Experience with the following is a plus: Residential HVAC installations. EPA refrigerant certification. Heat pumps. Gas furnaces.
