Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Atlanta, GA | PRN & Part-Time | $65 – $85 Per Visit. Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the South Atlanta, GA area. Choose between part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN opportunity based on your availability.

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities include

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals. Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy. Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and their ability to perform activities of daily living.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and the medical team. members Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics. Build and manage your caseload based on your availability and preferred coverage area.

Compensation

Part-Time W-2: $65 per follow-up visit. $75 per 4-unit evaluation. PRN: $72 per 4-unit follow-up visit. $85 per evaluation.

Qualifications

An active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Georgia is required. Reliable transportation required. Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a home-based setting. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
