Graphic Design & Adv. Specialist

This position supports the company’s marketing and branding efforts by managing visual design projects and coordinating the purchase and placement of advertising across multiple channels. The role oversees social media visuals and content execution while producing and sourcing creative materials for promotions, advertising campaigns, event and convention displays, instructional resources, and other branded assets.

Work spans print, digital, web, and multimedia formats, with responsibility for coordinating with designers, printers, media outlets, and other vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and cost effectiveness. The position also provides administrative and project support, offering hands-on exposure to a wide range of marketing, advertising, and brand management skills.
