We’re seeking a Marketing Managerwho can take full ownership of our marketing strategy - from planning and research to execution across all digital channels. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role ideal for a creative and data-driven professional.

Key Responsibilities**

Develop and implement marketing strategies** to drive e-commerce growth

Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and retargeting campaigns

Conduct market and keyword research** to identify trends and growth opportunities

Create and oversee content for website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media**

Manage and grow social channels ( Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube**)

Implement SEO best practices** to increase website visibility and conversions

Set up and monitor email marketing automations** (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Odoo)

Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance** using Google Analytics and Search Console

Collaborate with management on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives**

Maintain consistent brand messaging** across all platforms

Qualifications**

Minimum 5 yearsof marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods

Proven success managing Google Ads**, Meta Ads**, and social media campaigns**

Solid knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools**

Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design** (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

Experience with WooCommerce, Odoo, or other e-commerce platforms**

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

Photography and video editing experience is an asset

Schedule**

Monday to Friday

8-hour shift

Occasional campaign deadlines or launch periods may require flexibility
