You'll be the friendly face (or voice) that parents and kids interact with, so bringing your positive, can-do attitude every day is key.

What You'll Do From answering phones, helping with customer questions, handing out a lot of bandaids, or keeping our workspace organized, you'll be doing a bit of everything to keep things running smoothly.

• Greet and assist families with a smile

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person

• Provide support with sign-ups and scheduling

• Keep our space tidy and organized

• Help with inventory and computer tasks

• Be a team player and bring that positive energy every day

** What We're Looking For** We're after someone who's all about creating positive experiences. If you're naturally friendly, quick on your feet, and love problem-solving, this could be the perfect fit for you. No experience? No problem. We're ready to train the right person!

• Part-time position; morning/evening times available

• Entry-level, $11-$18/hr (based on experience)

• Position available in all locations; Brecksville, OH, Powell, OH & Tallmadge, OH
