Benefits Specialist

The Total Rewards Specialist provides excellent payroll and benefits support to internal members while upholding Credit Human’s values of human dignity, stewardship, sensible innovation, and craftsmanship. This role protects employee confidentiality and primarily supports benefits administration, including deductions, leave of absence requests, termination benefit processes, invoicing, and related HR functions.

It also provides secondary payroll support by maintaining employee data, processing biweekly payroll, reconciling general ledgers, creating wire requests, generating reports, coordinating year-end activities, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting UKG issues with precision and integrity.
