That’s why we need you, an experienced management analyst who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your specialized experience to give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. On our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

Through discussions and workshops with stakeholders and support staff you will identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward—and the expected results—to your client.

You Have: 3+ years of experience performing verification and validation related to organizational or financial processes Experience in requirements research, development, and analysis Experience preparing technical presentations, including Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs), testing plans, and technical findings reports Knowledge of the Verification and Validation (V&V) lifecycle Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience leading a team performing verification and validation efforts on an organizational or financial process Experience reviewing and analyzing white papers, project reports, and success metrics Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience with client-facing presentations Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
